Any country that does not Obey the rule of law is a
jungle. GEJ (in Lagos).
Rule of law. GEJ / PDP are serial breaker of the
laws:
1. The Court directed that Salami should be
reinstated, he disobeyed.
2.The Supreme Court ruled that Olagunsoye
Oyinlola should be reinstated as the Secretary of
PDP, he disobeyed.
3.Fayose and his thugs invaded the Court in Ekiti,
beat up a judge and sacked the Courts. The
President looked at the other side and pretended
as if nothing happened.
4.16 Governors attempted to hijack the Governors
Forum from 19.GEJ gave an open support to the
16, by given recognition to the Group of 16.
5. 9 members of Rivers House of Assembly wanted
to impeach the Speaker of the House against the
majority 27.
6.7 out of 26 Impeached the Speaker of Ekiti House
of Assembly, the President, in his characteristic
manner, preferred to remain taciturn because he is
a beneficiary of those perfidies.
So, GEJ is the one foisting the jungle life on the
country he is governing.
NO TO SERIAL LAW BREAKERS . NO TO GEJ / PDP.

Exactly, and there are some people that don't actually mind spending time in jail and coming out to continue spending, or knowing that even though they are in jail, their families are feeding fat from the stolen loot or their childrens education abroad is being paid for.

They will simply steal under the same old system and mak sure they send that money fast, fast.
So then we should just generally close all prisons in Nigeria then, right? Because you can't send one set of people to jail i.e armed robbers and be talk about creating mind set and institution for corrupt government officials, whose actions have more damning effect on the society if you ask me. By the way, punishment serves as a DETTERANCE FOR PEOPLE WHO MIGHT WANT TO ACT THE SAME WAY! it should be obvious, only in Nigeria you see people arguing about this!

If China had to sentence corrupt officials to "Death" in order to fight corruption. Why can't we? If we're serious in fighting this, we should be ready to give the highest judgment possible so people would know what they're in for when they engage in corrupt practices.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU HAVE NEVER FIGHT CORRUPTION.YOU SAID STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION AND WE ARE WHERE WE ARE BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURES.BUHARI WILL NOT PUT YOU IN CAGE/CREATES.BUT IF YOU DESERVES TO BE IMPRISONED SO BE IT.YOU WILL NOT BE THE FIRST EX HEAD OF STATE TO GO TO PRISON.

I think he was elected in May 2010, so its not really 6 yers yet as president. If he was allowed to perform in a peaceful Nigeria he would have done MUCH more.

What he has done against corruption? .........

Well, he has closed some traditional loopholes which served to keep corruption alive and well in the everyday business of government.

- We have seen it in agriculture and the way farmers get seeds (electronic and straight to farmer) no more space for corrupt middle men.

- Engaging in contracts that leave little room for the usual kick-backs and non-performance. This is seen with the railways which is under the agreement which means it is delivered before payment is made.

- Even the nafdac scratch cards for drugs. Does it not make it less profitable to produce fake and dangerous drugs, which in itself is a corrupt practice that many have enrished themselves with?

- Getting rid of ghost workers

- Privatising PHCN and taking it out of go hands as much as possible to ensure investment, employment and also deliver of service. Not only that, it was done and designed in such a way that no one company has a monopoly. If electricity circumvents politicians or gov agencies, there is less chance for corruption and bribery. It would now lead to a simple interaction between supply and demand. The only way a company can make money now is through their customers.

I know that when some people say what has he done against corruption what they mean is, how many people has he jailed?

Jailing criminals should be part of it, but unless you address the system, you are actually encouraging corruption.
Keep going Madame, forgive some of them they just don't know. The others are just payed propagandist...

Nobody is perfect, not even the American president is perfect, but wat is done is to bring Corruption to the bearset minimum.

That's wat good govts do, not promotee and protect thieves and giving them national honors.

2ndly, Corruption is the No 1 problem in this country. Insecurity being joint 1st or a close second.

So any Nigerian president that doesn't list the 2 as his 1st point of action as President, is not worth a vote.

ThankGod Buhari has a reputation for facing both in his records.

On the other hand GEJ loves anyone who is either Corrupt, terrorist sponsor or militant.

And He doesn't deserve to be a local govt councillor wt that not to even go as far as president for 2nd term.

#GMB the wise choice!
so after agreeing to bokoharam to turn nigeria to sharia, and then sending everyone to jail, then what next.,,, we go sit down chop money wey remain.. I laugh and cry for GMB in Chinese

Men!!! the more this guy talks, the more I feel sorry for Nigerians. So by romancing criminals and setting free looters, you are fighting corruption? and who told him that the so-called software are fool proof? The real institutions of anti corruption (the police and Judiciary) are the ones you are weakening daily.

There will always be thieves and law breakers in society, hence we know that corruption can never be wiped out. But the most effective systems are the ones that punish perpetrators. If you know you will not get away with a crime (if caught) then the chances of you committing the crime will be reduced.

These utterances just proves Jonathan in not just clueless, but should be probed immediately he's booted out next month. What a disaster!!!! angry angry angry

Now my own analogy: if you sell fuel say N20 a liter and heard a rumour of strike looming you quickly hurd ur fuel and put a post no fuel at the peak period of the strike u sold it at N150 as against N20 is that stealing or corruption tell me
I know you Jonathanians are hardened, you'll do anything to promote your cluelessness. Oya teach me English, maybe there's a difference, maybe stealing is when a hungry poor guy posses someone else's money or properties or yahoo guy deceive someone to get away with his money while corruption is when a politician take advantage of his office to embezzle the common wealth of the people.

Definitely I agree with you, they're different. one is for the small thieves, the other for the big thieves, one they'll show you in crime fighters, the other they'll give you national honours and chieftancy titles

In Gej's voice 'STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION, PETTY STEALING THAT SMALL BOYS ARE DOING YOU'RE CALLING IT CORRUPTION, JOIN GOVERNMENT AND DO THE REAL THING'

Can't wait for CHANGE in FEBUHARI.

VERY ON POINT, he talks about institutions, are softwares and ITs institutions? is it not people behind them? garbage in garbage out. if you're corrupt, you'll create softwares that would aid corruption, or you'll create a loophole in the software that'll help you steal faster. Example is our NYSC Directors who partnered with a corrupt company to defraud our corpers in 2014, and we've not forgotten the job scam that killed some youths

The institutions he met on ground, EFCC and ICPC, NAFDAC, how effective are they today?

He Introduced Kidnapping And Smuggling Into The Nigeria System:The story of Umaru Dikko is already well known that repeating it here amounts to tautology. However, Buhari and his ADC Col. Mustapha Jokolosupervised the smuggling of 53 suitcases filled with cash against the protests of Tunde Idiagbon and ironically, Abubakar Atiku (an APC bigwig), was the former DG of Customs. Do you still need to know why Buhari has never accused Atiku of being corrupt?

General buhari emerged as heads of states in the year 1983 to 1985.

GDP
1983: 35.45billion USD
1984: 28.5billionUSD
1985: 2.87billionUSD

Total reserves (% of total external debt)

1983: 7.12
1984: 9.41
1985: 10.14

public debt
1983 :$37,951,000.00
1984 :$32,316,000.00
1985 :$449,545,000.00

GNI

1984 :$32,767,430,000
1985 :$30,361,160,000

I think we should treat these for now, these are the outcome of buhari's disciplinary administration. I am yet to discuss how net profit was reduced in buhari's tenure. Figures should be confirmed
