gudday nairalanders ...pls there is dis stuff dat av been bothering me for a long time:most times when i take tea(milo,powdered milk and sometimes sugar) i usually throw up,at times i just retch.This has been disturbing me for like 15yrs nw.could it be dat am allergic to tea?(mehn dat allergy wont make sense).Pls guys ur help is needed |

Try takin it witout milk.u may be allergic to milk. |

Emmyginger:it would make sense.my inlaw stayin wit me is also lactose intolerant so she takes thick milo but no milk. |
