veterinary medicine is not underrated my brother but only that ppl don't have much awareness about the course.vet.med. is a course that when you get a job,you will only not be the highly paid but you will be happy to have gone for the course.in my school ABU,vets are the highest paid with a fresh start up of 250k as a new lecturer, for me I think that's a good start.

In my School, Architecture is one of the most respected courses. You need to see how other students hails the Archi Peeps when they are on a stroll. In popularity, the department ranks high.

Other students find them amazing cos the works produced by these chaps looks impossible to them. #respect

seconded. biochemistry is underated, yet its the toughest course I borrowed while in pharmacy school.

Very tough, those pathways no be here but I smashed all them like kilode. I use my blue pen for the names of the products and then use my red pen to insert all the enzymes. My work was always neat and easy to understand at a glance, and then again that's when you know what you are putting down anyway.

Great Eminent!

You need to check out the mad rush for building technology at various schools. The course is in high demand and never underrated. The course is the main indicator of any nation's economy. No other business can flourish without Shelter.
Only an illiterate can refer the professional course to be for educated bricklayers

It is important to emphasize here that
there is no such thing as easy course in
the university, however some courses are
more demanding than others, here we
dish out some of the courses usually
ranked as the hardest to study Nigerian
Universities, don’t let them scare you,
keep in mind that. It will interest you to
know how tough they can be, just take a
quick glance below.

6) BUILDING TECHNOLOGY
EDUCATED bricklayers

5) languages:
have you tried studying a language
outside your mother tongue? The
punctuation,grammatical cohesion, verb
noun correlation etc will get you
frustrating.

4)Education:
all education related course are really
underrated.

(3)
Agriculture
all agricultural science courses are
underrated. From agriculture economics,
to animal science to plant science.

2)
ARCHITECTURE;
ARCHITECTURE IS really underrated..
Many see it as the brother to fine arts -
draw ,draw and draw.
But architecture involves drawing with
dimensions and not just free hand. Can
you imagine drawing a diagram of a
stadium in 3 days.? Architectural student
spend hours alone with every drawing
instrument and computer making a
design.

1) VETERINARY MEDICINE:
most underrated course I know many will
disagree with me.
Veterinary doctors treat various animals,
from poultry to dog to goats to pigs.and
even fish.
Medical doctors treat only one animal-
human.this makes the work rate five
times higher.

Re: 6 Tough But Underrated Courses In Nigerian Universities by LaRoyalHighness(f): 11:01am On Jan 10, 2015
For real.... Learning French and deutsche in university (1st degree) was more difficult than reading law (2nd degree).

Meanwhile whenever i told someone then that i am studying foreign languages and literatures... I would hear stupid comments like 'You are lucky ooo, less reading for you, see groove" ... Etc.

Educational courses are surely underrated buh how are they tough?
Because what you see is not really what you get. I studied Education/ English and I wrote a few exams with calculator and logarithm table. I also studied child and adult psychology up to my third year, plus sociology, philosophy, and a bit of history and management . Education is a bit more complex than people think.

@Topic...

Kids posting juvenile opinion since they were born.

There are no tough or underrated courses. There are only unserious students, terrible lecturers and ignorant commentators.

I will recruit a graduate of any course who will deliver value to my job function.

Lol. Someone said Architecture is underrated! Hahaha

The most beautiful girls on campus rate them highest. Even lecturers from other departments rate them very high.

We can talk about toughness. Yes. Very tough. Then in sch, my girl whose dad is also an Architect pitied me a lot.

We slept, ate, worked, danced even cooked in the archi studio. That's the fun of being an archi student anyway.

Young architects are not super rich, but they don't beg for jobs or go jobless like their colleagues in other fields.

Thank God I made it!!!
Am actually reserving my T-squre, drawing board and Set square for my first son. cheesy
