choi  , I think this is the worst harmattan I 've witnessed.. The level of coldness ❄ we feels here[ EBONYI STATE ] could make one over sleep and possibly find himself late at his working place.. This reminds me , when in primary school, you would see some pupils shining not knowing that water didn't even touch their body [.... R.I. P vaseline] ... Lolz.. So Guys, how's the harmattan in your area??
