After a rally by PDP aba north chapter to wellcome it's governorship candidate Okezie Ikpeazu yesterday, the local government chairman led some touts to destroy billboards belonging Alex otti of APGA and Nyerere of the APC . Billboards at brass junction and others along aba owerri road that was replaced recently after being destroyed by the state government last year was vandalized last night . This is too bad for a state yearning for good leadership.
