I almost fell off my couch when I heard during one of the campaign......President Jonathan dreams to have a Nigeria without a prison! Even God build a Hell for the evil ones. Pls can someone tell me if we can have a society without prison. |

I believe iceland closed its last prison a few years ago because of so little crime. I hope to see nigeria reach this level in my lifetime |
