Seriously without Igbo president and Anambra have the least poverty rate instead of Kano, Sokoto, Ogun or Bayelsa. Even without Igbo presidency and Abia see more economic activities than Oyo and Kastina State, all the beggars in Ibadan that surpass the population of Libya are those shanting we rule you. Without Igbo president all the touts in major markets in Lagos prostrate to Igbo importers to feed their families instead of the other way round, those shoemakers, those water fetchers, refuse disposal guys, mobile tailors, et al have been ruling us since 1960 but their lives are yet to be improved upon. Those that are voting by the dangling odourless fufu and parboiled rice are those who are suppose to be ahead of their peers in all ramifications... Pls fix your households first, tonychristopher: |

Mr OP,to answer your question, the ibos will NEVER be President of Nigeria because you have burned your only bridge to that office within just 4 years of the Jonathan Presidency. The Yorubas were genuine friends but you have radicalized them to be Bigots like you too hence I will implore all ibos to forget the idea of Presidency and focus on your Spare parts business. God bless you all. Igbos dont need presidency for now. What we need is a confederacy( which is our natural political system) within Nigeria. A wealth fund should be established with contributions from all south east states The fund should be used to upgrade and build infrastructure within the south east, roads and railways, schools and hospitals etc The fund should be used for mega factories and other projects, eg smealting factories, power plants etc Also it should be used to plan urban cities to make them more livable and attractive to reside in. This is what we need and not presidency |

BuddahMonk:So you can see presidency has been a curse to the regions producing them ..when you look at north tissue you cry then head to owo the obasanjo village and weep ..then head to Okitipupa and ilesan Then the way oil made the south south to suffer what is called Dutch disease ..how the oil is worthless we can see how useless they are .. I pray oil goes as low as $10 a barrel so let's see the mist invented and ingenious tribe Thank lord I am pure Igbo |

Ndi igbo for president? For what kwanu? When we have d power to make or mar the presidency. We are wiser now, never depending on anybody or any position to get what we want. So tell me, why should we lose sleep over such rubbish as 'd seat of d president'? Or is it not dis yeye country dat will soon fall into millitary rule com february that we are talking about? |

Until the day that we consistently stand on the side of the truth. Just imagine if the 2nd term for the North was supported by us in 2011, where would it have been going now in 2015? But we opted to support an opportunist against the truth, and where are we now? Even farther away from the seat. We just need to stick with the truth and be consistent. |

Yes in fact you own Lagos but you will NEVER be president of Nigeria You own Ibadan but you will NEVER be president of Nigeia Try and digest that simple fact it is not maybe or perhaps but NEVER EVER. It is quite simple really so let us not heat up the polity. NO EBOE PRESIDENT FULL STOP . We can have Ijaw Efik ,Urhobo Edo ,even Ogoni but NO EBOES permitted. |

Alcatraz001:You claim the igbo's can't rule but in every step of your life we rule Nigeria, we decide how much you take home, we decide the joy and sadness, you say things are getting hard in Nigeria we are smiling to the banks we hold the economy of this great country and you don't know it we dominate you subtly and you don't know because you don't see. We don't want that power, how better off are your region that has been ruling I pray God aid Ndi igbo not to get there so as not to get lazy like the rest of Nigeria. Igbo want economic rulership not all these impoverishment All in the name of political domination so tell me who are the smart ones. But be assured that Nigeria oneday would beg the igbo man to lead them to the promise land after they have realised there mistake. |
