Thank God for FOI bill that was passed by present government, we will always remember GEJ for dis feat as both OBJ and Yar Ardua had opportunities to sign it but they declined. We never knew how much their food budget was but we know that of GEJ.

In summary, corruption seems to have increased because we know more abt gov activities.Previous govt may have done worse in terms of corruption
