I confirmed it twice that d DSA decides, they don't know d exact date till further notice. don't place ur whole mind in it, till ur sure of d real date just so u don't pack ur stuffs on d 1st day and get disappointed #just saying

no u register wah flows with the courses in ur departmental handbook, or see your course adviser. you CAN'T pick a course from another faculty

I don't think u can compare last year with 2015, there's a new DSA, so d system is likely to change. moremi wasn't for freshers before but now freshers v deir spaces there (dats an example of one of d changes he made), another one (which I heard is) guys being allowed in female hostels and vice versa. I cnt tell if its true but I heard DAT from some staylites

100l cannot move in only...200,300 are yet to ballot...no date Has been fixed yet, final year would ballot today...so take a chill pill till every gets hostel...

Including permanent halls of residence too and releasing of names of those given bed spaces.. (i've never heard of that in my life)
