Liberty Reserve has been grounded by the US govt for Money Laundering...

If you are in Nigeria and need a card for an online transaction, why don't you get UBA Africa, GTB Naira Master Card or Access bank CC? They can be use for your online purchase/payments.

I did this stuff around 2012 and we got d goods...i cnt really remember the procedure bt i remember i opened a liberty reserve account after that i paid into d acct and change to dollar nd gave it to some hacker in exchange gave me 2 cc[credit card]... Pls who sabi d procedures vividly?

Walk into any UBA branch with any utility bill (Phcn, Water bills etc), passport photograph and N700 (there about. Should not be up to a Thousand Naira...and u will be issued a card.

There are two types; Personalised which bears your name in full on it and non Personalised which doesn't bear any of your name.
