Boss, i beg to disagree with the bolded.

This is b'cos I know for a fact that logging out does not solve date of birth error issues on uniben database. An affected student would still have to fill correction form to correct the error just like in the case of WAEC CERT errors b'cos such error starts from the post utme registration period and not during online clearance, except that, unlike that of WAEC; it doesn't take long for the candidate to get a correction reply and subsequently, get his issues resolved.

I defer to ur above post.
Both waec Cert and Uniben profile wrong date of birth need a correction form. If anyone fall into any of the two of wrong date of birth he will fill the correction form to get it corrected. Those that submitted their correction form for the first day clearance started have even been effected yet. I think some people's will take up to two weeks.

Alright.. Please don't cruxify me..
I just hope you informed the guy who needed the info, I don't and will never need it..

And as for the length of time it will take to finally get cleared afterwards, i would say it is almost immediately after the correction is effected on your kofa profile.

As a matter of fact, i met a guy from the faculty of law who filled correction form last friday to correct his date of birth on his uniben slip, the correction was effected the following monday and he finally got cleared on tuesday. i think the process is a whole lot faster this year.

Well, prayer coupled with patience is the key.

And by the way, the guy am talking about is in the faculty of law with fewer admitted students as usual, and you know, the haste in which your clearance officer forwards your form for correction is also an important factor in determining how quick the correction will be treated. So while some clearance officers just allow correction forms to pile up and GROW TALL on their desk before sending them, others forwards theirs immediately they are done with the day's exercise.
