What really is CNN intentions for Nigeria
The military recently changed all kitting for soldiers involved in Boko Haram operations, the new kits are not found in the market to buy.

Why is America fueling misinformation to mislead the gullible minds
I feel so sad for the millions that will be deceived by this antique. US has been using CIA to destabilize our country just to make sure we separate as they predicted. I have been shouting this before now. Our foolish politicians are their tools. It's sad even youths no longer think with their brains.

Did BH attack the Baracks with bare hand? No,they used their sophiscated weapon to over power the soldiers and attempt to completely render them handicap by carting away those outdated weapon that military are using. Also our military seems not having thorough training, they seems lacking skills and ability to make use of those weapons effectively. I think they need thorough training from advanced nations especially the suppliers of those new weapons that they
just delivered otherwise they will underutilise it and it may end up in the hand of those terrorists.
They are well trained and handling the new weapons aren't a problm cos they're tools of the trade. If they weren't,the terrorists would av extended their advance towards north central; kano, kad wouldn't have been a place to live by now. Let's appreciate these men for their relentless effort. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day. Rearming and upgrading isn't a day Job, it's a gradual process. Especially when it's like rescusitating a. Moribund system, then there's goinna be accompanying teething problems before getting fullfledge. But Despite these challenges, they still hold the line and limit their operational freedom to the Northeast, if not,it would have been worst than Mali during the Tuaregs rebellion,or like Syria of today.

When people talk about boko haram being more equipped than the Nigerian army..
I begin to ask myself does it mean boko haram have Jets, attack helicopters and hundreds of APCs? oh hell no!
You have more fire power doesnt mean you are better equipped. A soldier may be given 60 rounds of ammunition to fight while a terrorist has almost unlimited access to ammunition and can shoot as he wills, this terrorist will definitely have more fire power, that doesn't make him better equipped and this is the case in the north east.

By the way... Bleep CNN.

Go away with your deceptive comment aimed at deceiving gullible people who cannot find information for themselves but rely on your Nairaland propagandas. They don't have to go to the open market to buy the uniforms but pay from their salaries or pockets to acquire them from the authorities. I never knew that happens in the army but it's almost an open secret in the Nigeria police. YOU BUY YOUR UNIFORMS YOURSELVES. Reasons why you have many policemen with torn and worn out uniforms. Because in the military you must never be found with such uniforms even in your bedroom these guys will maybe have to compulsorily get them whenever they have to.

IS CNN AMERICA? OR YOU THINK IT'S NTA AND SOLD OUT AIT?
YES BRO.. CNN IS AMERICA.

Mr Man dat is plain truth. I buy all my uniforms. Or my broda who is a U.S. marine sends to me. Right now I have a new pair I just got for 16grand in my closet. They cost between 15k-30k depending on the quality and if it's imported or not. But when you are sent to NE the Army issues you a set or two of uniforms including boots, helmet, and frag-jack. Subsequently, you buy if you need.

February 14 election is not an election between GEJ and GMB but is an election between GEJ vs all the millions of unemployed graduates and youths, is an election between GEJ vs all those innocent graduates that were murdered during the last immigration exam, is an election between GEJ and all the relatives of the kidnap chibok girls, is an election between GEJ and all the victims of Iyanya, Kano and other bomb blast, is an election between GEJ vs all the failed small business that has been short down due to shortage of power supply, is an election between GEJ and all those who lost their love ones during health workers strike, is also an election between GEJ and all those university undergraduates who has spent more than their stipulated years in school due to strikes and hike in fees. Finally is an election between GEJ and the general masses who are suffering from the clueless decisions of this government.

As for me am supporting and voting for BUHARI because I can't support a president who fraudulently extort money from young graduates all in d name of giving them jobs only to end up killing lots of them. And this is a government that has not in any way imparted positively in the lives of our youths, rather they steal in billions of dollars from the common man.
Bravo! I hope I can share with my frnds on fb n other places grin

Why is boko haram always eager to loot barracks and steal weapons if they actually have more sophiscated ones than the military?
Most of BH most advanced weapons were gotten from the Nigerian Army.

Illiteracy is still a huge issue in Nigeria sha. A "supposed soldier" goes on air to CNN, the same CNN we saw interviewing bokoharam members, tells the world he buys his military uniforms himself, some wild animals say na President sell am or influence am, na wa.
D same CNN that said Ebola was ravaging Nigeria and gave a map that pointed another country as Nigeria, Some idiots say President.
A "Supposed Soldier" tells the world via CNN that BH is better equipped with sophisticated weapons than the Nigerian army, some nama wen dem suppose sell for Market forget that this same BH loot weapons from our military to fight.
My Question is, do these soldiers go to Aso Rock to buy uniforms directly from the presidency? If these same soldiers can go on air to report their institution to d world, why haven't they cried foul to d relevant authorities all this while but CNN?
CNN propagating the gospel of a better equipped BH than the NA, have they ever come out to condemn the USA and its western allies for refusing to sell the supposed "sophisticated arms" to Nigeria?
Wetin be their plan for Nigeria? If our Govt is bad like it truly is in our country, CNN should carry their mumu stories and go to hell, Illiterates should go get some brains to ask relevant questions, probe statements before blabbing.
Uniforms for NYSC sef dem no de buy, Soldiers are given uniforms at all relevant levels, if one misuses or looses out of carelessness and at the point has to buy doesn't mean they all buy. The west and their CNN should leave us alone with our wahala, FOOLS.
BROS U GET BRAIN DIE!! THIS COMMENT IS A RELIEVE I WAS almosg starting to weep for my nation's youth until I stumbled on your comment.
I remember during my service year some corpers wanted to do fine boy n girl and felt the khaki issued by nysc isnt neat enough, so they sow extras for themselves ... it will be a blatant lie for such corpers to claim they buy their own uniforms.
And it baffles me when our youths believe everything on this western media like they are brainless!
I cant vote for GEJ i feel he hasnt done enough... but that interview is utter rubbish!

Maybe because CNN is tired of not having anything nice to say about Nigeria for the past decades. They too want CHANGE by all means necessary!!!

If CNN tells you anything just call any soldier you know to confirm it. Their stories are more of blackmail than truth. Not to say all are lies.

APC believe they can grab power through propaganda, blackmail, lies and deceit (PBLD), South African president Jecob Zuma should have been your case study, in South Africa major opposition party used (PBLD) both local and interntionl media during their last presidential election, before the election CNN, BBC where singing corruption, police killing of miners during their protest, Zuma still won the election, after the election, all their propaganda was put to an end.

Watching on CNN now when 2 soldiers were interviewed one said they buy their uniform, Boko Haram equipment are more sophisticated than theirs while the other says they pay their medical bill themselves when hurt.

This is the highest level of corruption and no human feeling on the part of the present government we have in Nigeria.
a cousin of mine serving in Lagos was posted to the north to fight boko, he said they were told that they're going for a training, until when they arrived there the story change.

he said only 90 bullets was allocated to each of them, while boko carry their bullets and weapons in trucks. he said some officers have to injure themselves and seek medical attention so that they can escape the warfront. he said so many terrible things but I thank God he came back alive.

Our soldiers are been killed in dozens weekly by boko

You think so.open your eye my bro.Nigeria is finished.I am not in support of any one.But never in the history of this country has corruption being this bad.I work in a Govt coy,the level of corruption is wanton.when there was plenty they were eating alone.now that there is little they want us to bear the brunt. If corruption is removed from this country50 to 60% of our problem is solved. But who will bell the cat, definitely not Jonathan a lot of the govt establishment has been groaning since October because a large chunk of their operating cost is being contributed to Jonathan re-election(This is what i know, not hear)Under the present Govt. our new anthem is corruption, who will save Nigeria and the next generation. If its Buhari or any other candidate, lets forget sentiment and save our dear nation.
