LASAA or no LASAA, you can put up your campaign ads on other advertising media if the billboards are certainly not made available to you!
And as for a dirty lagos; LASAA should carry out their duties ayam tired of seeing lots of posters all around Lagos, it makes me think otherwise but whenever i come across a billboard with campaign ads i smile cuz it's the right move!
