IN Nigeria,,,,,Things like this are only applicable in the south and eastern part of Nigeria,separate a MALLAM this was in an examination and he or she will leave the papers for u and go home.....they are used to writing their exams at home with the help of their immediate family and extended family members......do u know the KOKO there?....they still fail those exams!!!! Which way MALLAM..

Why not think about Challenging the students educationally, make the competition in the class intense, separate the sheep from the smart dogs during lectures, the sheep will strive to fit into the prestigious group. If a student suddenly performs excellently, get him to prove his result. If he merits it, congratulate him infront of the whole class. Be a good teacher, let them knw you really care.

I believe the best way to change any person, is to build or change his inner mind, not wasting your time on the physical abilities of a person.

If you are a teacher, dnt just lecture, show some love n care. I bet you a greater % of your. Students can never forget you.
