The construction of a new bridge across the River Niger at Onitsha has moved from a dream state to near reality. Just few months after the construction work at the second Niger bridge was flagged off, work has reached a progressive stage. OP is a liar! This bridge construction started in 2006 in Benue State. It is called Oweto Bridge. This is not the Onitsha bridge. This same thread was opened yesterday and it has been confirmed to be fraud. Why someone else opened the same thread again to deceive others?
