Nah today? Wenger would do anything, once his fourphy is on the line. If he had lost today, he would be behind Man u, Southampton and Totenham in the race to fourphy, and only one point ahead of Liverpool, it was a do or die affair for him. Wenger is on course for his Fourphy, just a point short of it. His 8milla job is once again firmly guaranteed. |

Arsene finally listening to his critics. Playing attacking football all the time isn't the best. Best tactical performance by AW in a looong time. This is the much talked about PLAN B! |

Things Wenger got right today, the same thing the whole world has been crying for him to do since ages. 1. Model your team selection and team tactics according to your opponents weaknesses and strength, have a good game plan. 2. Allow wingers to be wingers and midfielders be midfielders, no playing Ozil/Carzola on the wings as they offer no protection to the back four and offer little in attack. Stop silly experiments. 3. Reward players that are in form with matches and stop showing unnecessary favouritism, Coquelin, Ospina, Bellerin, Were rewarded for their performances against Stoke, Roscisky should have started ahead of Ramsey. Szczeny duly punished for his stupidity. 4. Make substitutions at the right time, don't wait for 85 mins. Will Wenger change for good and start doing the right things? No! |

Spy360:I maintain my stance on Oliver de Coque, please don't contrue me in a selfish attempt to confuse others to score cheap points, I never said Coquelin lacked the talent or prospect or has not improved greatly but that he is definitely not the solution to the DM position, which is at variance from your post which said who needs a DM signing in Arsenal when Coqelin is there.. even Wenger alluded to this during the post match interview “Sometimes, when you have to find solutions internally it’s a blessing. At the moment, it’s working well.” The difference with this Sunday's performance is TEAM DISCIPLINE with possession and positioning, every player on that field bought into it, Coquelin had a spectacular game no question but is he the solution to that position, am sorry no.. And Biko show me where I insulted Wenger abeg, if you can not, I demand an unreserved apology for a very misleading post.. |

Coquelin proves that you don't necessarily need a 6'2" guy in the middle of the park to win the ball back or win aerial duels. |

My fav moment of the match was when the players refused to track back leaving the defense vulnerable and Le coq had to aggressively charge at the Lazy Arsenal players. ![]() That was some minutes before the end of the first half or so ![]() |

Bitterness has so permeated some souls here that everything that Wenger does is simply to maintain 4th place. ![]() They can't even enjoy a good performance by their team without linking it firmly to their beef for the manager. Sad really. ![]() pazienza:Oh? He did it today? I guess Cazorla played on the wing against Stoke and Hull too? 3. Reward players that are in form with matches and stop showing unnecessary favouritism, Coquelin, Ospina, Bellerin, Were rewarded for their performances against Stoke, Roscisky should have started ahead of Ramsey. Szczeny duly punished for his stupidity.Oh? This is the first time Wenger is rewarding players in form time too? Interesting - and if Rozzi was crocked due to being overplayed you'll be the first to complain about why a player pushing 35 is being worked into the ground. 4. Make substitutions at the right time, don't wait for 85 mins.Oh really? What time did Walcott come on against Stoke? Was it 85 mins? Nah, like I said - don't let your need to rant get in the way of facts. |

http://www.sportyghost.com/10-highest-paid-football-managers-2014-2015/ Wow! Never knew that Mourinho and Guardiola earn that much. Choi! Better soup nah money make am o! Guardiola is earning like 2x plus what Wenger earns! Wow! maybe Wenger is not doing that bad after all, but what about Pelegrini? He earned lesser than Wenger and Mourinho, and still won the league. |

^^ And we all know that a manager's salary is the best correlator for league performance not the strength of the squad. ![]() |
