The Nigerian police seems to be the whipping boys of the lesser armed forces, navy and air force. I think it makes them feel better to think the police is beneath them, in most civilised societys the police is the authority to maintain law and order. What business is that of an airforce man manning check points in a civilian airport? Only in a backwater third world country do you read these kind of stories smh.

This happens when some of our leaders say it is right for the armed forces to protest .There is no discipline even if the person was a civilian the airforce man does not have the right to slap once more or less three times, when you court martial him some APC people will say it is right for him to slap we should try and bring discipline back in the force

Uniformed personnel should respect any other personnel in uniform. If not for anything once there is s uniform, it means there is a chain in command. Its better to resort yo that.

I was travelling to Abuja from Jos with my Friends, his Dad and siblings, just around forest area(very close to Jos). The army man flagged us, but we were busy discussing and listening to music, were never knew he asked us to stop. Immediately he signal to the other soldiers at the other end. We reversed back, he told us to park very well, put off the engine, low the glass and count the numbers of cars that will pass for two hours for refusing to stop. it was not funny.
