Kaduna state governor Dr Muktar ramalan Yaro degree certificate and that of his rival and APC candidate Nasir el_rufai's certificate.
The difference is clear but......

Jonathan's is worse! He paid when he was deputy governor to graduate from Ph.D with no-class with dishonours!

Otherwise, show me his Ph. D thesis! Or MSc. thesis or list of scholarly publications that demonstrates his depth of research and knowledge to get a Ph. D! No wonder he remains a failure!
