If Buhari do eventually win the election without having minimum qualification as prescribed by the constitution, the court can nullify his votes as he is not qualify to contest.

Having no certificate will also weaken his moral base of not being corrupt as he befitted from corruption to have risen that high in the Nigerian army. Corruption isn't only about stealing or embezzling money. That wouldn't b surprising because of the North dominance of the Army then and even now.

The question is if APC do win the election and Buhari is disqualified will Osinbajo take over?

I suspect tinubu game was to have buhari win the elections. Then have him impeached for perjury and have osinbajo sworn in as president. Buhari campaigned in Bayelsa and other Niger Deltaa states nobody rejected or booed him. That's to tell you how civilised and tolerant they are, but up North because of the illiteracy caused by past leaders from the region and their religion whoever does not hold their beliefs is an enemy.

No. Obama was stoned not on campaign ground, but because some people no longer believe in him. David Cameron was stoned too in case u don't know. He keeps impoverishing common man's life in Nigeria and u want them to be happy with him. In as much as I can't do it, I still won't blame anybody that queries the inefficiency of his/her leaders. I am a yoruba man and I can tell u authoritatively that this wasn't the plan of yorubas,although making osinbajo president seems to be the plan of apc. Now ,apc doesn't speak for yorubas, apc isn't like afenifere group of those days. Apc is just like any other party in the south west,but were lucky to win states and even now ,they have lost 2 of those states and it is definitely sure and certain that they will still lose one of 2 more states. So whatever apc plans are,those plans are not the plans of yorubas and those plans aren't binding on us .

Hey, will advise you to desist from that tribal slur. This is about APC or PDP and not Yoruba. Stop insulting a whole tribe cos of politics. There are Ibos in APC and Yorubas in PDP, enough of the insult.

Thank God there's such a wise group in the APC who really took a critical time to explore the positive side of Gov. Fayose sponsored advert for their interest, if this group has done their investigation and has established this fact, then Northen leaders should be proactive and do something abt this before they would say that Tinubu paired Prof. Osinbanjo with Buhari to become president knowing fully well that his health was deterorating just to trick them out of power and it would be too late. This history must not repeat itself.

you see we yorubas are politically fluid,we move from one party to another once the party we support don't perform. That is why in the south west pdp and apc have both had 8 years each in governing each state. But the heart of yoruba majority is with pdp,because we see pdp not as a party but as our national political family. At the end of the coming elections apc will mostly be left with just 3 states namely lagos,osun and ogun state. In oyo state ,despite the fact that I am a pdp supporter yet I won't vote for pdp and so also will many pdp followers it is between labour party and accord but for the presidential pdp will carry the day. So we have the capacity to vote for different parties at different levels. I have been telling ppl,there is no way gej and pdp won't win the presidential in the south west. So please don't mind those noise makers always shouting sai buhari day and night and claiming to be speaking for the whole yoruba race.

Which group is this ? This MUST be a corrupt. Group finance by PDP to distract people. It is IMPOSSIBLE!!
