Even the so called statement of result some persons are posting here has fake written all over it. There was no Katsina State in 1961 like someone said.

Also, we that finished secondary school in the mid nineties had results like A1, A2, A3 etc. A1, B2, B3 etc. was introduced later (after our time) and not before. To think Buhari had B3 in one of the subjects (History) and D7 in English Literature (when in our time and before then it was P7) smells of forgery.

If the principal wrote a recommendation letter that Buhari will pass the said subjects, let's agreed that later passed the subjects now it is for Buhari tender WASC certificate for just verification in sane society this washing will not work. I still believe all these are gimmicks. After all there was a past Senate President with Toronto Certificate (DAGBO). So how can we trust this copies if they are not doctored?

Buhari himself filled out WAEC as his qualification on the form submitted with INEC, the law requires that he provide proof of such. The Nigerian Army has done well by releasing all his records in their possession. It is now left for Buhari to go ahead to support his claim of having WASC with a documentary evidence. WAEC has such records dating before 1961.

From the clueless way you are talking you probably don't even have a primary school certificate.

Bihari is more than qualified to contest and he will defeat the incompetent corrupt president .

What was released by Buhari's former school is his statement of result and not certificate, this means the school filled in his grades from the master list with their current template. They went ahead to attach the master list. . . . . .for those of you not familiar with a master list, it is the document waec sends to schools through which results are given, it is also the document waec uses to print certificates!!.......university of cambridge can easily be contacted to authenticate this document. . . . . . .so in a nutshell, the result the school released was done on their current template. . . . . .the real koko is the master list that was released, that master list is the master stroke!!!. . . . . .that school principal knows his onions!!

I think what people are arguing or should be arguing has been diluted. Bhuari by virtue of all his training has the equivalent of WAEC OR GCSE O LEVELS.

However, the use of affidavit in place of school certificate raises questions of honesty and integrity. Also respect for the law/constitution.

Nonetheless, even with all we know including attending US WAR college, Bhuari is not fit and competent person to run this country at this stage of our development.

He has an Almajiris economic concept, vision and outlook. He cannot point to any major achievement since he left the Military in 1985 and even since starting to contest for Presidency since 2003.

The choice is for Nigerians to make and live with the consequences.

The other thing is that this election by APC is to get power back to the North, otherwise they have young intelligent leaders in the south, but because of BORN TO RULE FULANI mentality, that is why APC is fielding a 72years old grandfather.

One more troubling thing we know is that the North are using boko haram to blackmail and intimidate this government to get power back to the North. It is a mistake in my own opinion.

I don't understand why advisers of our political leader do not chose to leave a simple matter as what it is SIMPLE. Buhari's certificate issue can be solved by obtaining certified true copies if they are lost our ceased by the govt of IBB. Speaking to the media, Army Spokesperson, Olajide Laleye, reversed the Army’s earlier position that it had copies of Mr. Buhari’s West African Secondary School Certificate.

Mr. Laleye said while military records showed Mr. Buhari obtained the WASC in 1961, with credits in English Language, Geography, History, Health Science, and Hausa, there were neither the original copy nor certified true copy nor statement of result to confirm the grades.

He also said the Army could not confirm whether Mr. Buhari’s claim of obtaining those results was verified by the Army in the 1960s.

But military sources say while the Army spokesperson was addressing the media, the Department of Military Secretary the same day was dispatching to Mr. Buhari his academic records, which had been requested by the retired general.

PREMIUM TIMES has obtained copies of the records showing the military duly noted that Mr. Buhari obtained the requisite WASC qualifications.

Who is a secondary school graduate?

1. Is it a person who attended a recognized secondary school for the required number of years and graduated passing the WAEC exams or its equivalent with 5 credits including Math and English Language?

OR

2. A person who dropped out of recognized secondary school in his/her 3rd/4th year and sit for the WAEC internal or external exams or its equivalent years later passing with good grades?

OR

3. A person who attended a recognized secondary school for the required number of years, sat for the WAEC exams or its equivalent and graduated with parallel F9s?

OR

4. A person who attended a recognized secondary school for the required number of years but did not sit for the final WAEC exams or its equivalent?

OR

5. A person who was home-schooled, never attended any secondary school but passed the WAEC exams with the required 5 credits including Math and English Language?

Please I'd like to know where Mr. Buhari stands!

Some PDP are even questioning the authenticity of the released WASC from his secondary school. What they forget is that all WASC results in those days are placed in a repository in Cambridge and Oxford.
