bigtt76:You can clearly see that the North has a higher PVC collection status. Whether it is because there is less fraud with INEC registration (because some centers in the South were collecting as little as N1,000 per person to fast track registration), or the fear of disenfranchising Northerners is the beginning of wisdom for INEC, I cannot tell. It is up to you to work out what party will take the majority of Northern votes. Mind you PVC collection rate likely to improve before February 4.
