Fo0ls will blame this on gej while discerning minds will understand that a secret code for all hausa _fulani to return may have been sent. The northerners always think a step further than southerners. They may have conducted scenarios for all post election situation and have concluded that war is inevitable. So they are moving back to reduce casualties on their population. The southerners on the other hand are naive and dividing themselves along ethnic and political lines thereby further reducing their chances in the event of outbreak of hostilities. Believe me, when violence starts, yoruba apc people will be slaughtered in the north too. Likewise other Southern nationalities. This movement should be taken seriously. If chinese nationalities and business interests are suddenly moving back to china from usa, I think the Americans will quickly appraise the matter from security perspective which would likely include economic security. People of the southern background living in the core north, pls be careful and make good decision now. When it begins, logistics and security may be too stretched to expedite your safe return. Think...there will be no apc , pdp or accord.

Bro, I think we the Ijaws on NL should speak up and clear the air. Some political bastards are rubishing our noble image by likening us to savages. Since I was born and since reading and hearing the history of the Ijaw nation, I have never heard that we attack visitors without provocation. Muhammadu Buhari went to Ijawland and was received. Ijaws are warriors not cowards or savages.
Bro, there can be several interpretations to the boldened, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Unconsciously killing an Ijaw man in the North after the 2011 election is not a provocation?

Bro, speak for yourself alone. You may not have the nerve to attack a Northerner. But the same can't be said of these guys up north.

History always repeats itself. These are trying times.
Ijaws will definitely retaliate if attacked first. That is a certainty. However, we don't attack people in our land, we go to their land to fight. During the Ajegunle crises in the 90s, Egbesu boys travelled to Lagos to fight before the government intervened. We never attacked any Yoruba in Ijawland. The Ijaws are not Savages, those thugs will attack no one, if they attempt the spirit of Egbesu will depart from them and they will be annihilated (Mark my word). If we are provoked in our own land, then we teach the culprits some lessons. Even when Boro declared Niger Delta Republic he didn't attack anyone on our soil. I assure you that no such attack will happen. Except you don't know Ijaw history

Why not hit the nail on the head? The mass exodus resulted due to Asari dokubo threat when he addressed a press conference days back. The IG has turn a blind eye.

It is not because of Dokubor's threat. What has that fat fool ever done? All he does is threaten and blow hot air with his fat lips. He ain't shyt.

The Hausas are about to start killing Christians up north but before they begin, they are calling their sons home. Why do you think they all have transistor radios? That shyt is where they receive all their information that pertains to their lives.

Let it not be said and said to their shame that any igbo was caught offguard in the North. There is no guaranteeing of safety. The people in authority will look elsewhere when almajiris urged on by their religious leaders will be carrying out house to house carnage. Even here in the yoruba state where i am residing, i am taking all precautions and leaving nothing to chance. I have booked flights on hold, serviced and fueled 2 cars incase i have to leave in a hurry. I do not want to make the same mistakes that my parents made in the course of the igbo genocide bewtween 1966 to 1970.

Bro, you're right. We do not have such an atrocious history of attacking our visitors without provocation. I'm well aware and abreast with our history.

As a matter of fact, I lost a few colleagues and friends to the Ijaw/OPC crisis in Lagos in the late 90's. We don't attack our visitors. It's barbaric. It's alien to our culture.

However, my brother, these times present very precarious situation, and you can't entirely beat your chest to the collective sanity of these thugs and ex militants parading themselves and mouthing war songs. Those of us who witnessed crises in Lagos and Delta are working and praying for peace.

I also believe no harm with happen to our visitors, however the outcome of these coming elections.

Let's keep praying for peace.

I want to appeal to the Northerners in the SS to remain calm and be assured that there is no cause for alarm. As long as they respect the laws of the land, no harm will befall them. They should disregard the rant of Dokubo, he's an empty coward. The Ijaws are never known to attack strangers in their land without provocation, we are not known to play tribalistic politics, we are not known to take up arms against non indigens because of politics. I assure everyone that the Spirit of Ijaw will never allow such violence that is alien to the Ijaw nation. There is no cause for alarm.

Now most of them r running away for their lives n they can't vote on d south. While jega is making arrangements to enable d IDPs to vote in d north the political refugees of South east are on their own.

Easterners had better move back home
Their brethren have already warned them to return because they know what's about to go down up north

If this happens, so many potential votes would be lost by the candidates, but GEJ might lose more because you can't vote with your PVC in the East if you registered in the North. So, both the Northerners leaving for the North and the South Easterners and Deep Southerners leaving for their states, will be "INVALID".
