i don't know if its available in naija.you can only get naira instead of dollars.

Go to international airport at Ikeja, you will see one there.

No WAY!!!!
Unless you used your Domiciliary account. Then change the dollars at the bank or aboki place.
But for ATM... NO WAY! NOT POSSIBLE!!!
