Because like i posted earlier, buharis result is buharis private and intellectual property which they can not post without permission from Buhari himself hence their asking Buhari for permission to post the results which buhari has refused to grant them so far for reasons which I don't quite know so your guess is as good as mine. Buhari hasn't claimed ownership of the statement of result bearing the name mohammed (not muhammadu) buhari because to do so is to admit being party to the forgery (of course it is an obvious forgery) and lay him open to litigation and charges of forgery which carry a 21yrs jail term meaning as of right now, buhari is protected by plausible deniability under the law. Of course the PDP knows what buharis original results are if he has any and are waiting for buhari to claim ownership of the statement of result which he wouldn't so that they can have him disqualified and jailed and till then they can't take him to court because they won't be able to present the original result of buhari as evidence because they would have to state their source which they are unlikely to. Also, cambridge isn't subject to nor obliged by Nigerian law to provide buharis result on the governments request as that examination/result contract is between Cambrige and buhari through his school only.
