then reset the password.depending on the windows you are using, i will recommend using hirenboot cd.thats what i usually use

you will still need a pc with dvd drive to convert the flash into bootable.so just look for external dvd drive to get it done

Hello, everyone.
My hp 635 has refused to start up.
When I switch it on, it brings a startup menu...I press enter to continue setup but it bounces back.

Please help.

ENTER- Continue startup

No. But last week, I heard a funny sound wen I switched it on. It did work and there was no problem afterwards. I still used it on Sunday and no problem until this evening..

And run me an hard drive test. Please check and

most of the registry cleaner are premium version.i make use of ccleaner.you can try the free version.as for blue screen, no software is available to prevent it.it occurs ones in a while but you can try to avoid its frequent occurence by cleaning your pc, making sure you don't over heat the pc, don't use your pc on top of a chair, table or bed where air is not penetrating under it, if you must use it on chair or bed, use a book as a stand, don't use heavy apps at the same time and lots more

It seems your system is virus infected, try and get an updated antivirus to scan your system and get back to us the result.

What you just need to do is download the driver of the Bluetooth that should fix it all

You have probably downloaded a malware like pepperzip or flashback.

so what do you think I should do now I tried recovery like restoring the pc to an earlier time that it functioned well but I got know luck on that front

Use a malware scanner like Malwarebytes to diagnose.

I finally was able to get it fix what I did was just to delete the Adobe pdf reader and all my softwares returned back to normal and now functioning very well
