I am stilll in my early 20's I don't drink alcohol,It's just started last year oct.When I started to feel little pain by my stomach right side and my back side.I thought is because of my high sugar consumption so I took some NAFDAG herb product for. Two weeks and it works to my belief.Since then,I reduce my sugar and starch content.Early january 2015,I began to feel little pain there again and I begins to take d herb drug again.but naw this week I began to feel pain in both my left and right stomach side.Last week I am reading a topic on NL abt kidney failure stuff.I notice dat I used to practice one dat say dat we should not empty our urine in the bladder as early as possible,which I found dat I make a big mistake cos any time I slept in the night,I used to keep my urine in my bladder until I woke up the next morning,Which make me to feel pain somehoe in my bladder anytym I empty it.Now,I am afraid abt wat I am getting into the pain is still affect me.
Pls,I need your advice urgently cos am naw confuse think abt a lot of bad things which I rebuke everytym.Thank you

Go and complain at the hospital. Might be the beginning of appendicitis.

The best advice i can give you is see a medical doctor,can't diagonise your ailment here.

Please go see a doctor.

I suggest stopping all herbal pills that you are taking.

This is a problem that i run into with my patients a lot.

Please stop taking those herbs. Most herbs are unregulated and most times not medically approved or safe because the stuff in them are not well scientifically researched and thus may be harmful.

You may have kidney stones or bladder infection.

See a GP please and get: kidney function tests and at minimum CT. Scan of abdomen ( showing kidneys and bladder) and / or xray kidney/bladder.
