The last three digit should not have been more than 255. most of the IP addresses is that of opera-mini( most nigerians makes use of opera-mini) but those ones that the last three digits are above 255 are fake or manipulated. You can carry out a IP check yourself, go to www.whois.com, when the site as opened look at the top right of the site, you would see a search box, just put the IP address you want to verify you would see the results.
