Well, it's better than being left to die by the road side.
Admitted the neck collar is too big for a start, he could easily choke to death. He needs proper care following the principles of ABCs with the airway being the first priority. Ideally he needs endotracheal intubation and ventilation if he is in a coma and a CT scan of the brain with a view to neurosurgery if necessary.

But who is going to pay for all that care?
Hospitals are not charity organisations and they have staff to pay

Kudos St. Nicholas, you are doing a good job, by the power that created the heaven and earth in six days, we will not loose this one.
