If you bought private placements of companies in the past and you wish to exit those investments. NASD PLC has been set up by the Securities and Exchange as a platform to facilitate the exchange of shares in unquoted companies. You can approach your broker for more information or visit our website www.nasdng.com

Nice info, but not so complete.

Not all unquoted companies are listed on the NASD OTC platform, and as such, only a few Private Placement investment can be traded.

All unquoted companies can be traded if their existing securities has been registered with SEC. There are some unquoted companies that can be traded on NASD but are not currently. The reason is because they havent been introduced yet by either a broker or an issuing house. Example of eligible companies not trading yet include fan milk, bankers warehouse, funman juice etc....

I will post the complete list of eligible companies soon, however people who have certificates of the above mentioned companies can approach their brokers to trade them.
