@Second pix is very simple. Answer is HATEU. if you take one stick from the character O from HOTEL it will become A and put it vertically on L then it becomes U. She didn't go because she hates him.

The girl simply removed one matchstick in letter "O" and carefully arranged the three matchstick in the letter "O" to form the letter "A" making the word "HOTEL" to "HATEL"

....then the girl used the matchstick she got from either 1 of the 4 matchstick in the previous letter "O" and put it in the letter "L" to actually form the letter "U"

...therefore,the original word written as "HOTEL" can now be read as "HATEU" or "HATE U " which is the reply of the girl to the boy.

Dislaimer- on why it can never be Hold-on-till-father-leaves (HOTFL)....b*tch is B.erem,she is a fccking virgin.
