Buhari is just wasting his time. He have no idea we now live in a different Nigeria today than in the 80's when he had maximum power. I don't see him winning the election, but even if he does he will still not be president. The allegations on his neck is very heavy. He should rather be preparing for his jail terms cause he'll be found guilty of certificate forgery.

I sympathise with the general. The evil that men do they say live them.
There are three issues here, all constituting crime individually r collectively.
1. He lacks the educational qualifications to vie for the post as he neither has a FSLS nor WASC. Consequently, this results in disqualification.
2. He committed perjury having sworn to an oath that his certificates are with the military. Consequently, he stands to bag 14 years in prison when convicted.
3. He forged a statement of result with amount to forgery as a crime. Consequently, he will be jailed when convicted.
APC advised Buhari to shun the presidential debate so as to hide his defficiencies, but can they stop him from going to court? Tje law is mightier than everybody..
As a result of this cases, the election stands postponed until the outcome of the cases are determined. GEJ remains unbeatable.
