Shame of a nation. I can't imagine a Nigeria in 2015, after more than 50 years of independence, people are running away from their businesses, work and community because of elections.

The most annoying and shameful aspect are the youth! Actively preaching and threatening violence should the outcome not favour their candidates! The country belongs to the Youths, yet they want to destroy everything by themselves!

Imagine! Southerners running away from the north, Northerners running away from the south and we all believe there is ONE NIGERIA. We need to rethink as a nation and reawaken our consciousness!

Nigeria is heading to the cliff! Wake up people! Wake up!! We are all doomed!!!

There was a progrom (massacre) of Hausa's in Onitsha some years back. It was rumoured many fled to Asaba for their safety.

I don't think such a scenario will be observed in all Igbo speaking towns.

Yes they have to flee because they know Igbos don't take bullshit, they know East aint for the faint of heart and we aint like yolobas that will not say anything or act anything even when they are being killed in their land.

OP here in Ihiala there is no more Hausa person again, even maiguards working in big houses have fled the town.
