1.) Postpones the election or

2.) Allows people vote with temporary voters' cards.

Which 22 million. I have not collected mine, i registered in port harcourt but relocated. My PVC will just be there and i have no plans to collect it.

Bros, I stay in PH, that people have not collected their PVC is not the fault of INEC. People just aren't collecting. When I collected mine last week, there were still 2 Ghana-Must-Go bags of PVCs waiting for their owners to show up.

What GEJ needs to do is declare a 2-day public holiday to allow people pick up their PVCs. The answer is not postponing the elections.
