judgement has been given, aregbesola's victory was upheld
Which judgement? cheesy, don't spread confusion...

1. Omisore's reply to Aregbesola's defence held incompetent having filed out of time Omisore's reply struck out...1st and 2nd reply
2. followed by this "The court has thrown out the Preliminary Objections to the competence of PDP Petition. The Tribunal is about to go into the merits of the case now

Meanwhile the final verdict is YET to be pronounced!

If I should use my layman sense to judge the few excerpts I've read from the final submissions of both parties, Omisore will carry the day..

But I'm neither a lawyer nor a judge..

The Tribunal judges understand the law and will be able to examine the evidences based on merit!!!

Fingers crossed
