What is full make and model number of the laptop ?

After that please press f10 for bios and run me an
hard drive short test?

I've load setup default like u asked me to nd its seems to av fixed the annoying beeps... I did the hdd test nd it showed dat ma hdd is okay.. lemme kip testing.thanks to all ma boss dat help out God bless u for me

It appears after I log in the administrator's password, d 'welcome' thing takes tym as well, then instead of displaying d desktop, it brings out a black screen and a cursor.

Since kaspersky internet security was installed on my system any time i want to open any webpage i get this error message"[RocketTab] DNS Lookup for "d1ge9gepfw1oo6.cloudfront.net" failed. The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found ". My system is connected to the Internet ooo. However if i pause protection,then i can access web pages. Please how do i correct this problem? Expecting your kind responses. Thanks

My samsung mini after installing avast antivirus the sound and bluetooth were lost. And now no sound. What should i do.

the software is screening web pages for malicious content.go to the settings tab and stop it.

Please I have an hp Compaq 6910p. Whenever I plug in the charger, the touchpad keeps dancing like there's liquid on it but once I remove it, I can control it normally. I'm using the original charger that came with it

dont use kerpaskey,do a google search on it on how to do it .it will come up with grsphical representations of the software and it will guide you

Can anybody help me with this issue.
I left my desktop computer for some months and it refuse to boot.
I discovered that the process fan stops spinning when it about to load the OS(Windows7)
I have tried changing the ram and cmos battery, the same problem persisted.
I hope to hear from anyone.

Give your system to a tech personnel to clear the debris that accumulated inside.
