The two real reasons for election postponement

1. The last batch of 15million PVCs only arrived on 4th February and it will be unfair to hold elections 10 days after. If INEC could not do justice to 48M PVCs in 6 months how can dey do justice to 15M PVCs in 9 days?

2. The joint armed forces of Chad, Nigeria and Niger are on an offensive programme in the north east. Coincidentally the AU's decision to support coincides with the elections. Its only fair to allow the military conclude its progam now that we've got the corporation of our neighbours. Elections at the NE at this time will be a huge distraction

Strategically the APC shot themselves in the foot by making this look as if the lives of persons involved to conduct the election are not important to them.

Imagine where our combat forces are in the northeast during the elections and some political thugs unleashing mayhem on the masses because of low visibilities of military personnel in another part of the country.

I want to believe that the attack on Baga was a deliberate act from BUHARI to distract the attention of the deployment of the combat force so his friend TINUBU can carry out their plans to rig the election in the country.

We have them all in check, plus their new found friend America.

You know why this election was shifted. You know that PDP is AFRIED, they have begin to share money to appease there aggrieved followers. Many of them have promised to chop, clean mouth and demand for apology after voting Buhari.

I tire o! What's d big deal about d postponement. Just wait and vote on d new date that has been set. Even in our personal lives, we make plans and change our minds/date. As long as you have decided on who gets ur vote there's no need to get all worked up. Besides, d political tension was too high. It needed to be diffused a bit.

To start with as far back as November/December I did not think INEC was ready to run the elections on 14th February , so much was yet to be done the security issue did not help either.

However once that date was set, nationally agreed upon and the train got moving it was sad that this current administration in whose care the citizenry has entrusted the nation did not foresee such a shortfall and waited till 12 days before the election to start trying to move the post, after resources have been deployed for that specified time , individuals have made plans to allow them vote on those days.

It makes no logistical sense that the same security services that could not secure the safety of 200 girls in over 200 days and has been struggling in an asymmetric warfare with BH for over 2 years wants to provide safety assurance for over 1 million peoples within 6 weeks.

We can all conclude the post has been shifted and we should all civilly accept, voicing our concerns verbally without adding to the tension and democratically at the polls come march .

Destiny can be delayed, but CHANGE will come
