What if this woman wants this gigolo dead and he struck first.

I think this guy was responding to a failed blackmail all along.

Secondly, what if this is just connected to one of her shaddy deals

Umuawulu again! Always associated with violent deaths! And always with clearing agents involved!

Collins didn't kill the woman; neither did the clearing agent. Collins is too simple-minded, just like a lot of Umuawulu people. He got himself involved in a very complex and dangerous relationship; his natural endowment of wisdom is below what is needed to navigate through such dangerous and complex terrain. I strongly doubt if he will come out of the whole maze. How does a person who got himself into this kind of situation start talking to reverend Father, pastor, husband, ezenwanyi, etc? Hey!

I suspect the husband.
No man will tolerate this kind of immoral activity from his wife and keep quiet about it.

What you should be focusing on is what he has he lost if she called off the relationship? Remember she was denying him when he tried to expose their affair. Why will she deny him and after facing ridicule from family and friends, she will still be hell bent on chasing him and being with him. Lol. Story for the fishes.
ur earlier postulation leaves much to be desired...and now this. I can't but notice a female chauvinistic tendency in your 'thesis' or ranting as far as I'm concerned. Provided you're this good in detective business, why not sign up and fulfil your fantasy. Sometimes you give people the benefit of the doubt to prove their innocence cos its better 100 criminals escape than spill an innocent's blood. Though you sound like one but just so you're not a frustrated sugar something yourself, let the poor guy be.

If truly there was a report from the police that he should be killed anywhere he is found, then the police should be held responsible to provide the person that has paid them to eliminate the man. Because that person that instructed them to do that is responsible for the death of that Woman. And this person must be very rich to have be able to move the police to that extent. So I suspect either the husband or the agent. The husband can do that in anger having heard that his wife sleeps around with men and women. While the Agent could have paid the police to eliminate both the woman and the gigolo for denying him the pleasure

Hmmmm. What a dirty secret. In my young life,I've been close to dating married women but whenever I think about someone doing it to my wife in future,I get my head back on track. Young men should learn to stay away from married women who want them in bed;it's the easiest way to go 6 ft deep. They're ready to kill you anytime you say you aren't interested again. Moreover, you can't be sure of the kind of husbands they have. It's a very risky kind of adventure.

On point.Never Ever date a married woman because you ended up messing yourself in a situation like this.A woman ended up killing herself as a result of her foolishness. Look at a pretty woman who got money but cannot do without S3x. Now same S3x ended up destroying her and she will go down suffering a bigger case in the presence of her creator.

I suspect her husband did that

You've quoted enough yourself hence can't but try save you from your self imposed exile in a fools paradise. Did you bother factor in the guy with the priest angle, kneeling down begging the deceased to let go? Owing up to d husband isn't something a premeditative murderer would readily do not to mention police turn assassin out for his summary execution. Who pays for such need be questioned. Follow the money trail for answers. Poor guy even said things weren't going well for him(as is the wont of typical gigolo)... This guy needs help & not sentencing as simpletons as you are quick to pronounce. Remember, cases such as this shouldn't naturally come simple. There's more than meets the eye in the whole set up. this could easily pass for a thriller movie. ur looking at the story I tink the guy crossed many border so he shud face the consequences. he can tell for sure who killed the woman cos h was in hiding. but I tell u he might be innocent but I doubt he will survive..
Re: Suspected Killer Of A Lagos Housewife Tells His Stunning Story From A Hideout by EzeChux(m): 2:27am On Feb 09, 2015
Well, the whole story sounds dirty. But I pick the husband as the prime suspect. He knew so many shady deals about his wife and did nothing all this time. Is his brain pap? Does he not have any atom of pride about his marriage or reputation as a man? He has even heard the hint that he was wanted to be snuffed out as a means to reap his assets and he has done nothing serious except seeking confirmations. What was his reaction to the news of the woman's death and to questions he was asked about his possible suspect. Like some guys talked about motive, the strongest motive to kill the woman resides with the husband whose vineyard has been unrepentantly and flagrantly desacreted. The woman was only a harmless but debased goodtimer that should have been left alive even if divorced to relish her vainglory. Now what has been achieved if not more scandal and trauma for the family for life.

hmmm.......so sad!!!!!
well.....analysing Mr. Collins's Definition of the Late Mrs. Ifeoma.

Fellow Nairalanders!!!! I'm suspecting Mr. Collins and Mr. Ozuwulu(Ifeoma's husband) only. don't waste ur time suggesting it was the clearing and forwarding millionaire or anyone apart from the two peeps mentioned above.

These are my reasons: (1) for Collins.

If Mrs. Ifeoma actually has all the negative qualities that Collins was stating about her, and the husband didn't truly know about all of it. then, Mr Collins greedily, wickedly and tactically initiated the break up(to put an end into the relationship) before KILLING her, for it to look as if he doesn't know about her death. because she failed to implement the plans approved by two of them to kill Mr. Ozuwulu(Ifeoma's husband). remember, Ifeoma's husband accused Collins of planning to kill him and take control of his wealth and possibly travel to Canada, in collaboration with Ifeoma. it is worthy to note that Mr. Collins denied it, just as Mrs. Ifeoma denied knowing Collins. but from all indications we were made to understand that truly Ifeoma was only denying she actually knows Collins. likewise, Collins planned to killed Mr Ozuwulu.
pls go through Collins profile, u won't argue with me if I said he is s desperate sugarboy. he travelled to SA and Germany, he returned back to 9ja, because it was tougher overthere. Collins could have decided to deal with her after her failure to either poisoned Mr. Ozuwulu. fellow nairalanders !!! who knows maybe Collins has used juju on the woman to catalyze her love for him.

(2) It could be Mr. Ozuwulu that killed his wife, due to disappointment and the public disgrace she must have put him.

no insult.....pls

Yuck. Nasty people. See how all these dirty people are having randy se*x. No protection. Married woman with 4 boyfriends, numerous lovers and abortions. For her to do all these under her husband's nose and for the husband to be pleading to keep it a secret shows she feeds him.
I wonder what exactly the wealthy forwarding agent has to do with her death. Except if she defrauded him big time. I am sorry but I suspect this guy. How come a married woman is making life so unbearable when your daily bread does not even come from her. This same married woman whom you preferred to stay with instead of traveling with your boss to make money.
It's obvious you thought you had something to gain and gave up a lot traveling with her and being her boy toy. If she would have dumped you without any funds, in anger it's possible you killed her. So many many holes in this story.
You claimed you found Christ, so you embarrassed her through your relationship by calling priests, friends and family members. Sounds to me like a scorned man trying to expose his lover for ending a relationship.

Obviously all is not well mentally with this house wife to be involved in this level of madness with someone like you. A housewife who is a drug dealer, serial sugar mummy, sugar baby, lesbian and all sorts. This sounds like character assassination too. You who claim to have found Christ was quick to go to one ezenwanyi for deliverance. Hmm. This guy you are a liar and you no well.
Your analysis of this story lacks basis. Your judgement of the case is typical of the way a Nigerian police detective would judge a case. Though his story has lots of loop holes, I don't believe a suspect in his right mental state would arrange with a crime reporter to cover up his mess with lies and at this point I wouldn't wanna say he is guilty or innocent. When someone is murdered, everyone around her becomes a suspect. As one of the Nlanders rightly said, when crimes happens in Nigeria the weakest anf poorest link becomes the prime suspect. Dear Babe124 stop being biased in your thoughts. Do have a nice week ahead. CHEERS!!!

The husband alleged Collins and his late wife had plans to liquidate his assets and move to Canada. At what point did he know and what did he do about it?

Did the wife renege on this understanding with lover boy that made him bitter? Lover boy made so much drama about breaking off with her and telling the world about it. Does it really take that much to break off from a woman with 4 other boyfriends or he was just trying to blackmail her?

Lover boy has done little with this interview to remove suspicion abt his involvement in her death.

Considering the age gap between a typical Ibo groom and his bride, it's surprising this scenario doesn't play out more often than we see. The man is in his 50 s and the woman 35 when sexual desire is at its peak. How can a man with unpredictable and ineffective ere ction possibly satisfy this woman?

The underlying problem can be traced to a desire by the Ibo to commercialize everything including the natural act of giving out a daughter in marriage. A lot of their men dare not consider marriage until they are 40 and above when they are financially secure. In the end, you have a sexually very experienced Ibo girl with a much older man.

He wasn't painting, most sugar mama are involved in all those vices and much more
Her HUSBAND is the prime suspect, probably a member of some no nonsense club. With that woman's beauty, it is possible she equally had some high profile clients Oga Police of the ranks of CP or AIGs who will cooperate with Club Chiefs to ensure the weakling in the chain is taken down If not, why hasn't the Husband been in detention and under interrogation. With a little torture he will say the truth and help the police in the investigation
Things dey happen for Lasgidi

@coogar and others. I have gone through this piece of information but i have to inform you it is absolutely not affirmative. A woman with Four children must definitely have traces of birth marks on her body for you to know she is married, even if she concealed it or decline if you inquire. ((The suspect knows optimistically she is married))
Then any Man that find joy and fancy on married women can do anything because what pushed then into such risky game is frustration and greed. Mind you, this young man has traveled some countries but could not make it as he wishes, frantically he had started seeing himself as a failure. Luckily for him, he might be good looking guy. Thus; he decided to use it since the society he finds himself appreciate it mostly married women.((The last option regardless of the outcome on the Game))
The late woman deals on drug (as the suspect claimed) and the husband is wealthy, categorically she is comfortable and well to do for a jobless guy like him. ((The suspect has 100% and 1 reason to make sure she stays, thus only source of his welfare))
Irrespective of other young boy friends of this late woman and his husband presence in the same city, still the suspect feels comfortable in moving around town with her without apprehension ((He is deadly and ready to face any challenges))
The suspect declaring of tuning to have known Christ now, meaning he does not know Christ previously so he was prone to sinister. Going to a shrine for cleansing and others, while going back to church again, makes me conclude the suspect is very deadly and can kill.
The suspect's master bought a car and he gave you some huge amount of funds (50K) but you queried over the fund because you knew the cost the vehicle, in that case you refused to travel with him. ((Total ungrateful person and greedy human))
At the wealthy Man's house, you entered in one his rooms and saw some one in a pool of blood and you came down stairs and he asked did you see anything and you said No, why didn't you raise alarm then? Where was your late woman friend at that point of time? Still you feel comfortable in such Scenario?

A lot of implicated information and loop holes on the suspect story people need to look upon before judging or concluding. Am stand to be corrected.

coogar:

yes!
i believe him cos he didn't even need to do this if he's guilty. he's not yet in a police net - so this is no cöck & büll confession most criminals make after getting caught.

this dude is still at large - if he's guilty, he wouldn't even be calling a news media to say his side of the story. why should he? why take such risks? sneaking around with a married woman? did he force her into accepting such a relationship?

My brother you started well but ended up badly, your stereotype about the Igbo tribe shows how biased you are on matters concerning the Igbo man. We really do not commercial everything (sic), forget all you see in Nollywood. My people say 'you don't kill a man, you will end up mourning with his family'..you see when one reaches an age of accountability, you allow him or her stand on their decision, you may really not succeed in making them take an alternate route, which you believe is best for them. No one can really say what must transpired if anything, between the deceased and her parents, concerning marrying a much older man, didn't sade marry Chief Razaq Okoya, did they havens fall. On the issue of Igbo Men marring late, it is all about priority, individual and circumstance, which is applicable in virtually all tribes. I for one got married way before 30. They story is pathetic, but should not be swallowed hook line and sinker, the woman is not alive to defend herself. cheers
