Actually, it's an NYSC staff that gave me the info after coming out from an extended meeting this afternoon. Apparently, in view of the postponed election date, they rescheduled to 19th.
I'm told the news will get across to ZIs and LIs, then everyone will get to hear pretty soon.
That's it.
