You refuse to repudiate your infamous penchant for being quixotic/preposterous.

So assuming your warped statistics is anything to go by, is it proper for Jega to collude with his northern kinsmen to hand over almost all their PVCs to them while those of the South are largely withheld with flimsy excuses?

Try and explain to us how a Borno that is a veritable theatre of war/insurgency should record about 80% of PVC collection while an Imo that is stable/peaceful is grappling with less than 50% collection rate.

Propaganda has failed APC and their collaborators big time...
