The truth is the INEC was NEVER ready for the election,their collection figure of over 60% is questionable.In Borno state,agents of Gov Shettima have collected the PVCs for all the IDPs and have refused to give same to them.You are not even allowed into the camp where they are kept(the centre is run by the state govt by the way) even if you're bringing relief materials.Prof Jega in his Saturday speech admitted that more PVXs were still being printed even as we speak ,INEC ad hoc staff(who constitute over 70% of their total electoral staff) HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED.Why was the INEC chairman therefore in a hurry to rush Nigeria into an election he knew he was not prepared for,IMO the only reason for this is just for him to play out a hidden agenda.This brings to mind his alleged pact with the exco of the Northern Elders Forum to declare Buhari winner;NO MATTER WHAT[/size]
