Yea. U can play games on andriod with ps3 pad
Note:not every game works with ps3 pad but it plaays games like modern combat,ppsspp games, dead trigger and so onn.
And there are special pad designed for andriod eg. Nyko play pad,moga,and others

for ps3 pad download sixaxis pairtool.apk to pair your fone with the pad but make sure ur device is compatible....seek youtube for tutorial videos[¤]
