Actually anyone planning a wedding in our present atmosphere would have been wise enough to either place it before election or months after the election, as we all know that the losing side [am sure you all know the losing party] will want to cause some commotion after the election.

You must have prayed too )if you believe in prayers) That circumstances beyond your control call for the two times postponement only means that you pray more and fix the next wedding date on a non-election date. Don't be superstitious. .....If you hit your right foot at the entrance of a church, does that mean you're going into the church with bad luck? or if your palm is itching you, does that mean you will win a jackpot? Prayerfully choose another date and have a wonderful wedding!!!

i attended a wedding on an election day in ekiti state. that was 2011 election.though the crowd were not up to what we were expecting cos everybody were scared but the few people that attended the wedding were taken to the venue with the church vehicles. those dat took their personal car put the wedding sticker on their cars moving behind the church vehicle.
