I visited ago palace road today and it was so disheartening to see the road in such a deplorable state, work on the road has been abandoned for so long now. I will seize this opportunity to admonish the government of Lagos state to return contractors to this site.

To think that this road actually leads to the palace of the oba of Lagos makes it worse. cry cry

To think of what the resident of this area will be passing through during raining season cry cry

I heard fashola saying something like "litigation over rights of the way" kinda delayed the delivery of that road, so don't even blame him. Anyway the road is a mess and I Expect the contractors handling that project to start some major works on that road by the end of this month. Op, unlike your state governor who is a thief, fashola has proven to be very competent.. More than 100 new roads where constructed under his watch, many roads where rehabilitated also.

So abeg Make we hear word

when was the last time you used/ply that road? If you have used that road of lately, you would have noticed that some minor works is already going on there. Most of you just come here and say things even without any meaningful research you conducted about that particular thing you will label as bad.

I know that road, the only good section of the road is about 2km from okota road, if you read my post carefully you will see where I admonished Lagos state govt to speed up the work and besides contractors are currently not on site, the road has been abandoned halfway.

this is the festac end of the road, the work rate on that road is too slow, and I didn't see contractors on site as at the time(s) I visited. You can imagine the phlights of residents in the pictures I snapped.
