Ocoraj:Brother just dedicate a whole day or days and read from that 350 that was recommended, you will be able to answer most of the questions yourself. so even if you later need to ask a few questions, it won't be some repetitive and annoying set of questions. Doing your personal research and not being completely at the mercy of someone is the best, trust me. 70% of the question you could ever ask at this stage is present there from more than a 100 informed contributors. So whatever questions you may want to ask the people you contact later will be complementary or confirmatory. Furthermore, under justwise',s watchful eyes, a personal contact posted here will not last long before it is removed so just send PMs to people through the NL mailing system. Ask your questions here its better and you will surely not go wrong with all the guidance assured. My 2 cowries! |

Good day fellow, Please who has been admitted into TUM or know someone who got admitted or know about their admission stages. I applied to TUM for Summer 2015, till now I have not received a feedback from them after acknowledging the receipt of my documents. I also observed on the status of the TUMonline portal, it has changed to "Requirements for study fulfilled". "Admission not done yet". My questions are: 1. Do I stand a great chance to be admitted? 2. Can I get a confirmation on admission before february ending? 3. Do I need to contact the admission team so as to know the cause of the delay? Thanks, as I anticipate your timely inputs |

pamraider1: That's TUM for you for. Most of the time, they don't make admission decision early. You can take the 3rd option. However, the advantage they have is that you can enrol virtually, i.e from Nigeria. So, the consequence is that you are never too late and the embassy cannot deny you visa on the grounds that your admission enrollment deadline is not met except you fail to do that from Nigeria. What course? Hope you find the info useful. Good luck |

dafexe:Nevilbot found his missing phone. In his words, "Germany is the only place you can find your missing phone intact in the lost and found section". May be he should come and explain his neighbour's mischievous shenanigans, its a big super story and an interesting movie everyone living or aspiring to live in Germany can learn from. 1 Like 1 Share |

Eke40seven: Thanks, it was very useful, Msc Applied and Engineering Physics. I sent a mail early this morning, got a feedback 2 hours later that "the meeting of the commission is scheduled for end of february. The results will be sent shortly after this meeting." The virtual enrollment gave me hope. Thanks again |

enibal: You would be required to get another 8000 Euros to renew your stay after the first year, there's no guarantee, you can get a student Job that would give you that amount to enable you renew your stay the next year cos schooling is a serious thing here, class, assignment ,projects etc, am not saying its impossible. My tip, fluency in German would give you more opportunity to get a student job that would pay well and also connect you. As for staying after your studies, there's a law currently that allow, foreign students to search for Job regarding to their course of study after their completion of study and when they get one, they can stay, live and work here. You might say, my course in master is in English, i don't need german, please learn it and you would thank me later. cheers 1 Like 1 Share |
