This actually can no longer be perjury as indeed the military board do at least have a document of his school attendance.
Remember school certificate or its equivalent is -

(a) a Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, or Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or

(b) education up to Secondary School Certificate level; or

(c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent and -

(i) service in the public or private sector in the Federation in any capacity acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for a minimum of ten years, and

(ii) attendance at courses and training in such institutions as may be acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for periods totalling up to a minimum of one year, and

(iii) the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language to the satisfaction of the Independent National Electoral Commission, and

(d) any other qualification acceptable by the Independent National Electoral Commission;

Simply put, You should never say you have WASC if you can't provide it.

Even the ferocious and mindless APC e-warriors on Nairaland and other social media would not have any reason to counter any of the points raised by Femi Aribisala in his writeup. For the benefit of hindsight, many of us had at various times highlighted some of those mischiefs from APC's gate of hell. We had always known that the allegation of missing $20b is a hoax. We had often times exposed the underlining factor for APC's condemnation of poll postponement... We were always swift to point out the fact that Sanusi was working for APC to discredit Jonathan's administration and we are now telling Nigerians that Jega's INEC has been heavily compromised to rig the forthcoming elections in favour of Buhari. Let the discerning and liberal minds see the evils in that satanic party called APC. They will bring Nigeria to political and economic abyss if voted into power and I say in bold tense; GOD FORBID.

You still don't understand it.

By the Nigerian Constitution you don't need a certificate to be a school certificate holder.

By acknowledging a letter of recommendation they have inadvertently corroborated his statement and he had met the constitutional requirement and they held his documents hence that can no longer be perjury.

Also for the military to state not having all other correspondence from the other military institutions he attended it could also be determined that the board is deliberately lying and withholding information.

Unlike the Nigerian military the institutions he attended in UK and US would still have records of their correspondence with the military board.

Thankfully, not even the government of Nigeria can buy that.

Then provide "Certificate of anything" and attach as your qualification to the INEC form as prescribed in the electoral act...... Bundles of illiterate with unteachable spirit and yet, you want to be the president of a complex country like NIgeria. Nonsense
