I won't encourage you to use wapka, though it's a free site builder. Use something that will bring you closer to reality. If you've learned the basics, leave wapka. You'll be building a castle on another man's land without sure benefits. Learn with something closer to reality. Maybe a free site builder that has some support for php.

Learn PHP. I should say 'learn web development'. It's more than just following some tutorials and using wapka tags. But if you don't want to go the right way, then you have wapka waiting for you. But, why do you want a website?
