I have always Observed that Body Guards and ADCs are not a thing for European leaders, unlike their African counterperts, and not as if they (European Leaders) wear bullet proof vest.
What are the reasons for not moving around with visible BGs by european leaders.

Its really an african mentality,especially the ADC tin, coz u hardly see an ADC behind any western leader.
