Will a graduate with a master's degree, but with no professional experience aside the 12months NYSC service year be considered for a graduate entry level position (writing of aptitude test and all) or will he be considered within the experienced hire bracket?

graduate trainee
But almost anyone can be considered for a graduate trainee position. Even those with some 3yrs post nysc work experience.

A graduate with a master's can have its fate limited only to a graduate trainee role, can it?

Having a Masters Degree without any Postqualification experience makes you eligible for only Fresh graduate jobs.Although a Masters degree can give you an edge in entry level recruitment but it does not count as experience.

NB: Anyone having 1-3 years experience is still considered Entry Level.

Zero experience, you are more or less like the Bsc, HND holders. In some cases, you may even have 5 yrs experience and still with your masters degree in this country, you have no experience. It's how the system works.
