4. BAD COMPANY: It is normal for youths to be attracted to themselves more than adults. The type of persons that one associates with can be a predisposing factor to sexual impurity. 1 Corinthians 15:33 ''Do not be misled, bad company corrups good character.''

5. PORNOGRAPHY: This deals a great blow on sexual purity all over the world. The eyes act as the camera that sends pictures into our hearts. And the mind develops this image which can end up with action. When a young person watches pornographic pictures or films, the sexual system is aroused desiring to be satisfied. This in most cases end up in sexual impurity.

6. NOT BEING WATCHFUL: So many people are taken unawares and fall into sex acts because they are not vigilant and watchful. They go to places or move with people that can lead them into sexual act. Some have gone into sex by going to parties, drinking of alcohol that resulted in their resistance being broken and they fall victim to sexual impurity. (1 Peter 5: 8-9)

7. SPOKEN OR WRITTEN WORDS: Words are used to stimulate or instigate sexual urge or intercourse, such words as love letters, 2go, facebook text messages, whatsapp where a lot of lies are told in the name of lovely words just to attract the opposite sex. Such romantic words can easily get someone emotionally involved and could lead to sexual impurity.‪‬
