I am looking to lease a property in ikeja. I want an entire building; an abandoned or uninhabited building. i am looking to renovate it for use based on agreements with the owner. My areas of interest are neighborhood off Opebi or Allen or any other good or quiet environment. I am willing pay agreed agency fees. drop your contact if you have any such place. Depending on the owner i might not be making initial payments since i will be bringing the building to life. It should be a four to six flat building. that is why i wrote that the agent will be paid agreed fees even if initial payments are not made to owner.
